From application to departure
１．After making a reservation, deposit the reservation fee (within one week)

　5,000 JPY transfer per person.
　Please note that you are responsible for paying the transfer fee.
２．Confirmation of reservation (reservation completed)
　Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you a confirmation.
　Please check the details such as schedule, number of people, and price.
３．Departure
　On the day of your stay, please bring your confirmation and hand it to the hotel front desk.
　Please note that payment must be made by cash or credit card.
　For group guests, we will only accept cash payment.

After confirming the contents of your inquiry, the front desk will contact you shortly to confirm your reservation.

If you do not receive a reply within 3 days after sending your inquiry, please contact the front desk.
